Our Team

Evan Stearns
A 2010 graduate of Penn State’s Landscape Contracting program, Evan began his career by starting a landscape business shortly after graduation. Today, as owner of LandServ, he brings years of hands-on industry experience and a strong people-first mindset to the company. Evan is driven to build a business where clients feel genuinely taken care of, employees are proud to be part of the team, vendors and subcontractors feel respected, and the community recognizes us as an engaged and positive contributor.

Kellie Stearns
Kellie formally joined the LandServ team five years ago, though her loyalty to the company runs much deeper. A State College native with a background in Occupational Therapy, Kellie discovered a passion for administration and business development that she has applied to the company. Her mission is to elevate the experience of every person who interacts with LandServ–clients, employees, and partners alike–while helping shape a company that truly stands apart.

Jeff Fuge
Jeff brings decades of experience in the landscape industry, with a career that spans a wide range of project types and design challenges. A skilled designer, he specializes in planting design, hardscapes, and the creation of distinctive outdoor rooms. Jeff works closely with clients throughout each project, guiding them from initial concept through final installation with care and attention. Known for his detail-oriented approach, Jeff ensures projects stay on track and clients feel confident every step of the way. He lives in Boalsburg and enjoys playing hockey in his free time.

Zach Spencer
Zach joined the LandServ team in November and has quickly proven to be an integral and valuable asset. With over a decade of industry experience and a degree in Business Administration and Management, Zach is driven, detail-oriented, and an excellent problem solver. We’re excited to have him on our team and to continue growing together as we transform and strengthen LandServ heading into the 2026 season. Zach lives with his family in Houtzdale, PA, enjoys the outdoors, stays involved in his community, and takes pride in caring for the many animals at home.

Alex Harding
Alex is a fellow Penn State Landscape Contracting graduate with over 15 years of industry experience in Centre County. We are excited to announce that he has transitioned into a dedicated Operations Manager role for the 2026 season. Alex excels at understanding how all parts of the operation function together; from coordinating crews and equipment, to managing materials, schedules, logistics, and site execution. His ability to see the “big picture” while keeping day-to-day operations running smoothly makes him a key driver of quality across LandServ’s services. Alex and his family live in Houserville, and he is an avid outdoorsman who appreciates Pennsylvania’s natural landscape.
